Team Falcons will become the first team from the Middle East & North Africa to compete at an International Major Stage in Rainbow 6 Siege following their MENA League victory over Triple Esports.
The Saudi-based esports organisation, founded by Msdossary, will travel to the BLAST R6 Major in Copenhagen in May after their 7-1 victory over fellow Saudi team Triple Esports secured them the coveted MENA qualification spot.
Team Falcons topped the group of eight MENA teams on a thrilling playday 7, which saw dramatic wins taking place across all four matches.
Geekay Esports, Akatsuki-Team and Twisted Minds all secured victories in their respective ties.
PLAYDAY SEVEN RESULTS
Final standings saw Team Falcons top the group with 20 points, with Geekay Esports finishing second on 18 points.
The matches were streamed live from Abu Dhabi's brand new esports production studio at Yas Creative Hub, a joint venture between AD Gaming and the Esports & Gaming Agency.
